The Club is run by a Management Committee that is appointed at the Club’s Annual General Meeting. The Committee meets on a monthly basis, dealing with all aspects of the running of the organisation. All sections of the Club are represented on the Committee, ensuring that all teams have direct representation. Currently, members of the Committee are:


		ROGER BAGGOTT - General Secretary Roger first became involved with the Club when his two stepsons started playing for the First Team last year. He has an extensive knowledge of the local non-league scene. In “real life” he is the Branch Manager of a major trade supplier of windows and doors (who last year kindly sponsored the First Team tracksuits!)



				STEVE ATKINS As well as being a GAFC Committee member, Steve is also Secretary with AFC Gornal, one of the two Sunday teams in the Kidderminster League that use our pitch. He has also, in the past, being Match Secretary for the First Team when Richard Upton was manager. Steve works for a fire equipment company.


	TONY BATE Last year Tony was Manager of our Under 18 side in the West Midlands (Regional) League. This time he has taken over as Manager of our Youth Team who will be battling it out in the Premier Division of the Midland Floodlit Youth League.


	ALAN CHAMBERLAIN Alan is our new Match Day Secretary for the First Team and is also very much involved with Old Bulls Head FC, one of the two Sunday teams who use our pitch. A Brummie by birth, Alan has lived in Gornal for 20 years - so he is still only a newcomer to the village!



	TRACEY DUNN Tracey is Secretary of the Junior Section - as well as running (with husband Richard) one of our Under 9 teams. Tracey is currently busy steering the Club through the Charter Standard process - as well as co-ordinating our involvement with the Birmingham County FA in Club/School partnerships.



				KEVIN WILLIAMS Kevin is one of the stalwarts of the Club. As well as being our licensee he is also match secretary for the Youth Team, managed by brother Simon. Indeed, he spends so much time down at the Club we are thinking of charging him rent! Unfortunately Kev is also a raving Baggies supporter - but then no-one’s perfect. He won ‘Clubman Of the Year’ for 2003/4.


	SIMON WILLIAMS Simon is a UEFA ‘B’ coach and now manager of the First Team. He is particularly keen to ensure that in future years the First Team will be able to call upon much of our own “home grown” talent that has come through the junior ranks - especially as he spent three highly successful years as manager of our Youth Team.During that time he won not one but two league titles.
